Corporate Social
Responsability
We believe that management should be socially responsible. This is why we implement policies that favor social, economic and environmental improvement.
Social Context
Human Rights
We are committed to protect and respect human rights and civil liberties, by promoting values such as mutual respect, equal opportunities and non-discrimination amongst its employees.
To this end the company has drawn up a Code of Ethics which includes the fundamental principles that should govern professional and personal relationships within the CASAS ASIN team and those of the latter with third parties (clients, suppliers and associates).
Diversity and Integration
One of this company’s commitments is to foment the diversity of its staff and favor the integration of those groups which encounter greater difficulties in finding employment.
To this end, we develop programs for women over 45 and young people starting out on their professional career to find their first job.
We also employ persons with disabilities and have special job centers which provide computer support and travel organization services.
We cooperate with non-profit organizations and sponsor and organize courses and master’s degrees in universities and training centers. The aim is to encourage and share knowledge about strategies for the protection and exploitation of innovations and creations.
Economic ambit
The economic management of the company is based on the principles of integrity, transparence, prudence and sustainability.
Environmental policy
In order to become a ‘paperless’ group of companies we have implemented electronic invoicing and a computer system for the digitalization of documents, at the same time improving and speeding up the services we offer.
We are environmentally friendly.
“We help companies around the world to develop and protect
